Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original biodegradable packaging and include the packing slip to help us process your request faster.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy while we prepare your refund or exchange.
